It is so much easier to set off walking in bad weather from a motorhome. Instead of dashing from the car and pulling on waterproofs in the rain, you just step from the door and start walking.
And today we had warm sunshine, wind driven snow and everything in between. Conic Hill is only 361m tall but it lies right on the divide between the Highlands and Lowlands of Scotland. It really is the place that the Scottish Highlands start.
Fortunately we got to the top in sunshine. Stunning view.
